Modern Sausalito Pied–Á–Terre

The clients of this $1MM pied–à–terre at the Cote d’ Azur in Sausalito desired a warm, peaceful, modern living space. The Living Room was designed with clean lines, and contemporary furniture with a mix of fine art and antiques. As the homeowners loved the views of the water, and hiking the local Tennessee Valley Trails, the room was a celebration of natural elements, and a soothing waterside palette. Bronze, stone, wood, glass and leather were used to create a warm, refined space. The result was a gallery like setting on the seaside. Cathleen selected modern art and mid century modern elements to infuse the spaces with timeless appeal. All of the materials selected for the spaces were eco-friendly, and green.
